While looking for a tenant for our investment property Emil from Surge Real Estate was able to find one incredibly quickly. He makes sure house inspections are done very timely. He looks after us as our property manager very well. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and has very good communication skills. I would recommend him to everybody.

I had really good experience. Emil and his team especially Elham, Nazreena and other supporting staff were friendly and helpful. With two of my investment properties - Emil and his team found me good tenants with rental that match market demand. In addition Emil and his team helped with maintenance work etc.

I had a fantastic experience working with Emil Vartazarian from Surge Realty as the rental agent for my investment property. Emil was extremely professional, proactive, and responsive throughout the entire leasing process. He made the experience smooth and hassle-free by guiding me through each step and ensuring all aspects were handled with great attention to detail. His friendly approach, market knowledge, and commitment to securing the right tenants stood out. I truly appreciate his dedication and support in managing the rental process, and I would highly recommend Emil and the Surge Realty team to any property owner looking for a reliable and efficient real estate partner.
