Lawrence Mooney to host 2019 Agent of the Year Awards

 

Australian comedian Lawrence Mooney is just one of the special guests coming to RMAOpen 2019, with Shane Warne and more special guests to be announced by the end of the year.

Award-winning documentary-maker and television presenter Todd Sampson is presenting at RMAOpen 2019.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Comedian, TV and radio host Lawrence Mooney will host the Agent of the Year Awards evening at RMAOpen 2019 on 21 February 2019.

 

Mooney will perform a live set before announcing the 2019 Agent of the Year Award winners. As attendees at the 2018 Agent of the Year Awards can attest, you’ll be in stitches – and no suburb, city or state is safe.

Introducing Lawrence Mooney

Lawrence Mooney is a stand-up comedian widely regarded by fans and peers as one of the funniest of the funniest. His brutally honest and hilarious insights have earned him Best Show Sydney Comedy Festival 2015 and a Barry Award Nomination for Best Show at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival 2015.

Lawrence Mooney is well known as the host of Dirty Laundry Live that ran for three seasons on ABC TV and his sitcom pilot Moonman also aired on ABC TV in 2016.

ABC viewers would already be familiar with his work on Agony Uncles, Agony of Life and Agony of Modern Manners.

Lawrence moved to commercial television in 2016 as host of the Rio Paralympics and will be seen as the ringleader on the new Seven Network series Behave Yourself.

Lawrence is heard throughout Australia on Triple M being our Prime Minister, Malcolm Turnbull as well as a regular on the drive show Merrickville.
