He went above and beyond throughout the entire process and was always extremely responsive and available whenever we had questions or needed clarification. The process took considerably longer than expected, but Laszlo remained patient, engaged and supportive throughout. When the time came to proceed, he provided us with a range of borrowing options and even went back at the last minute to find us a better deal. His knowledge of the lending market and willingness to keep looking for the right option made a real difference. During our house-hunting process, Laszlo was also incredibly helpful in providing valuation reports for properties we were interested in. This gave us valuable information when assessing properties and making decisions. Once we secured a property, he ensured all the required documentation was submitted to the bank on time and guided us through each stage of the process. His professionalism, attention to detail and communication made what could have been a stressful process much easier. We have dealt with mortgage brokers before, but we have never experienced this level of service. Laszlo genuinely cares about his clients, is always willing to help, and consistently goes the extra mile. Itchus was willing to answer our calls and question at any point of the day or night, the second we had an issue he had answer. He made the process extremely easy and we had to worry about almost nothing because of good Itchus is at his job.
