Jess always did her best to be available to us when we needed assistance the most - we work 9-5, so we didn't have much time during the day and could mostly communicate after work or on weekends. Very professional and quickly learned what we needed from her and she tailored her approach to suit our needs. Market knowledge was 10/10, always felt like we were in safe hands and as first home buyers, this was extremely important to us considering how complicated the thought of buying a house is. She organised everything and always made sure we were kept up to date and kindly reminded us if we still had outstanding actions needing to be completed. Overall, our experience with Jess was excellent and I would 100% recommend her to any of my friends and family in the future, and would definitely reach out again if we needed any assistance with other types of loans.
