Professional and able to navigate extremely complicated scenarios with ease.

The moment we met Kate, we knew we were onto a winner. She is super friendly, she put us at ease straight away. The process run smoothly, Kate answered all of our questions, even the ones we thought were silly. The day we signed our paperwork, her car broke down, but she still made our appointment on time, not dishevelled but very professional.

We used Mike and his team to help us upsize our family home while doing something we weren't even sure was possible: drawing equity out of our existing home to retain it as an investment property, and consolidating some existing loans at the same time. It was a complex situation, and Mike mapped out our options clearly and confidently from the start. Throughout the process, communication was excellent. He responded quickly, always listened, and explained everything in plain language without making us feel out of our depth. The whole experience was surprisingly stress-free given how much we were juggling. We came in not knowing if we could achieve what we wanted, and left in a far better financial position than expected. We wouldn't hesitate to use Mike again, and would particularly recommend him if your situation involves more than just a straightforward purchase. Thanks Mike!

had a meeting with Ashlen on the Tuesday about refinancing our home loan, and obtaining an equity release loan, by the thursday we had completed the process and had a new loan with bankwest with money ready to invest, the process was easy and stress free, something we've never had with any other broker

Ichtus went above and beyond to sort out our construction loan to extend our home. We had a few hiccups with fussy banks and a evaluator who completely undervalued the extension but Ichtus never gave up and we got to where we needed to be 🙂
