It's hard to describe the level of effort and expertise exhausted by Ichtus in his relentless persuit of getting us in into our first home. We came to him being relatively defeated by our previous experiences with brokers, we were fairly sure the economy and system were against us. Ichtus from the get go was relatable and sympathetic to our situation as young first home buyers.
