Mortgage brokers in Bluewater Park, QLD, 4818

As first home buyers with very limited knowledge of home loans and what to expect, Sam made everything so clear and easy. After having conversations with other brokers we were confused and put off the whole thing and went back to talking to banks. Finding Sam online with great reviews gave me some hope and thought we would try again. From the outset things felt more relaxed and a lot more straightforward. Sam explained everything and laid out what to expect. From documentation, to preapproval, dealing with real estate agents - nothing was to much. Sams communication was always prompt and however worked for us, which was sometimes tricky as my partner works FIFO. We had preapproval for our loan in a day amd unconditional in just a few days. Can't thank you enough Sam for everything and highly recommend to others. If you want someone who will take the time and not use jargon, be clear and always keep you in the loop, look no further than Sam.

Excellent help with everything made very easy and clear
