We were kept in the loop with what was required, didn’t have to deal with anybody else

Pukh and the team at Infinity were a pleasure to deal with. Great communication, clear requests for information and kept us informed of the progress. Highly recommended.

Pukhraj Gill made purchasing our property smooth and stress-free. She was professional and helpful, I would highly recommend her to anyone buying a property.

We have had a fantastic experience working with our financial strategist Chathurika, to secure our investment property. This was a goal that took us over a year to achieve, and throughout the entire process she remained patient, professional and genuinely committed to helping us get there. Her communication was always clear and timely, and she made sure that everything was completed when it needed to be, which took a lot of the stress out of what can be a fairly involved process (one which we were not familiar with!). We particularly appreciated how flexible she was with our busy schedules, including arranging Zoom meetings when needed to make things easier for us. What stood out most was the combination of professionalism and a genuinely personal approach. We never felt like we were just another client or being rushed through the process. After more than a year of working towards this goal, it was great to finally secure our investment property, and we really appreciate the role she played in helping us get there. We would happily recommend her to anyone looking for knowledgeable, reliable and personable guidance with their financial and investment goals.

Cha has been fantastic throughout our loan application process, from the moment we met she worked to understand not only our financial position but also who we were as people which helped when navigating some challenges along the way. She is exceptionally knowledgable and was always happy to break things down over the phone or in an email to help us understand the process and the numbers. We will continue to work with Cha and her team for future applications.
