Jess and her team were amazing right from the word go. She was very thorough in the first stages of us applying for a loan which was great as we knew nothing about it. Fast forward through all of her support and continual reassurance, we had an absolute nightmare day on the day of settlement due to our incompetent conveyancer, and Jess was nothing but supportive and to be honest the real reason that our house settled.
