Communication, updates and progress reports is excellent

I have found both Travis and Amee excellent to work with and extremely helpful when unsure of something. Market knowledge has been great and helpful in mapping out our financial and investment strategy.

Travis has now helped me with my second loan approval and once again he was excellent to deal with from start to finish. His communication was clear, prompt and professional throughout the whole process and he always kept me updated so I knew exactly what was happening at each stage. He made the process feel straightforward and stress-free, explaining everything clearly and making sure nothing was missed. Travis is knowledgeable, reliable and genuinely goes the extra mile to get the best outcome for his clients. I really appreciated his professionalism, attention to detail and calm approach. I would have no hesitation recommending Travis to anyone needing help with property finance or the loan approval process. A fantastic experience again!

Smooth refinancing process. Excellent communication.

We had a great experience working with Nevada and his team throughout the process of refinancing our loan. They were professional, knowledgeable and very responsive to all our concerns. They took a time to listen and suggested options suited financial situations and our goals. The entire process felt smooth and well guided. I would highly recommend Nevada and team to anyone looking refinancing.

He gave myself and wife piece of mind in regards to our build.

Dean was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. He was prompt, responsive, and incredibly easy to communicate with, which made everything feel simple and stress-free. He demonstrated strong knowledge and sound judgment when guiding us on what we could realistically afford, and ensured the finance process ran smoothly from start to finish with no issues. We really appreciated his support and professionalism, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others. We look forward to continuing to work with Dean in the future.
