She is incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and hardworking, truly going above and beyond to achieve what felt impossible. Despite the many setbacks and challenges with my profile, she exceeded every expectation. Brooke always made me feel heard, answered every question (no matter how small), and often worked outside of hours to keep me updated. Her availability and communication were exemplary.
