Excellent communicator, professional presentation & genuinely empathetic to our goals

Miso kept everything on track, made the entire process easy and smooth.

Miso was great to deal with from the start. His communication was excellent, and he had a way of explaining everything that made it really easy for us to understand. Nothing felt complicated or overwhelming. We could ask questions, talk through different options, and never felt rushed or pressured. He made the whole process feel comfortable and straightforward, but also got us genuinely excited about what we were working towards. We really appreciated how approachable, patient and easy to talk to Miso was throughout the whole process.

Aneta was fantastic in helping us refinance our home loan. She was knowledgeable, easy to talk to and always so responsive whenever we had questions. She made the whole process feel simple and stress-free. We really appreciated her help and would highly recommend Aneta to anyone looking for a friendly and professional broker.

Right from the outset Aneta was friendly and approachable with all of our questions and uncertainties. We never once felt as though her and her team had anything but our best interests in mind. Every text or email was answered promptly and there was never a question that we asked that was missed or not answered. Deserved 5 stars!!
