Having used Michelle on several occasions now, she always goes above and beyond to find the right product, and walk us through all the pros and cons of each option. The experience provided by Michelle and the Birdie team is second to none.

Nat, Mel and Vianca made what could have been a stressful and overwhelming process feel incredibly simple and straightforward. They were knowledgeable, professional and always available to answer our questions. We always felt that they genuinely had our best interests at heart and were working hard to find the right option for us. They showed us a lot of care and attention throughout the entire process, kept us informed every step of the way, explained everything clearly and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. We’re so grateful for their help in securing our home and making the whole experience such a positive one. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nat and her team!

Tanya put me at ease with her great communication and knowledge. She made the process much less stressful for me.

We are so thankful to have had Chris guide us through his help. His knowledge, communication and can do approach has enabled us to buy a family home that we thought was impossible. Chris was always available, and so helpful. I feel like he went above and beyond at all times, and through his skills we now own our family Home.
