Mansons was referred to me by the AFRM insurance specialists. Although we are in Newcastle and they are in Sydney, there was no issue. We had an initial meeting on Zoom, where we both Ryan after hours (thank you for accommodating our schedule Ryan!). This was important to get to know if this would be a good fit, and to help clarify our mortgage needs/options. At that point the application started, and what we needed to provide was fairly smooth, as Sean and the team regularly checked in and guided us through the process. We took over 6 months to find the right home, and we never pushy or impatient. They also listened to us bemoan the house hunting journey after pretty much every weekend! When we finally found and decided on the ideal investment property (another story in itself), Ryan and Sean swiftly progressed the paperwork with the bank, solicitor, and real estate agent. Even after it was all done, Ryan kept in touch to see how it was all going, and that we were happy. What I will remember most is Ryan's kindness and assurance that all is well, even when we were the most disheartened (i.e. after getting offers rejected). I can only apologise it took a while to write this!
