Jay was always available to answer questions, on the rare occasion he couldn’t take a call he called us back quickly. He processed everything quickly and made the process easy for us. Would highly recommend.

We worked with Dean on a refinance after purchasing multiple properties, and once again he delivered a seamless experience. He has every aspect of the process covered from start to finish, which means we never have to worry about a thing. His expertise, organization, and clear communication make everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Dean to anyone looking for a broker they can fully trust.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience. From our first conversation through to settlement, the process was seamless thanks to the professionalism, expertise, and clear communication we received every step of the way. Hurdles were handled with prompt care and high class sophistication which only comes from years of experience and drive to get the best for their client and get the deal across the line. Jonathan and Sam were a seamless team who ensured we were fully supported at all times. Thanks FirstPoint - once again helping us to fulfill our vision

Jaimin and Nithya demonstrated remarkable knowledge and guidance throughout my first home purchase. The process was overwhelming for a first-time buyer like myself, but it felt so much easier to understand and follow whenever I spoke to Jaimin. I went to him with all my questions, and he was always ready to share everything he knew to help me make confident decisions. Nithya was always on her toes, making sure every document was lined up and in place when we needed it. The purchase wouldn't have been nearly as smooth without them. I'm forever grateful to Jaimin and his team for their incredible support, and I'd recommend them to any buyer, especially first-timers.
