My partner and I initially started the process with Bendigo Bank, who promised us pre-approval within two weeks. Unfortunately, instead of receiving our pre-approval, we were met with ongoing requests for additional documentation and delayed responses. Hansi was amazing. My wife and i could not have ever hoped for such a smooth experience. We previously explored 6 months prior with another broker to see our pre approval options. They were slow, taking up to a week to reply to calls/emails. No real options presented and we constantly had to remind them of our details etc. So we ended up just saving a bit more as was all too stressful and overwhelming.
