Abraham was extremely helpful and very patient as we progressed through different options for an investment property, new home and then renovations. He was always available and returned calls and emails promptly. He knew answers to all our questions and was happy to patiently explain when we didn't understand. My only criticism is his staff in explaining the process for those of us with no knowledge or experience, who need a bit more detail. Very polite and helpful.
