I need to start this review with a story, a story I always tell when mentioning Abraham to family and friends. We were first recommended to Abraham by a neighbour who assured us he was the best in the game. We took a meeting as a restaurant near my work so as to be 100% convenient for me, we instantly like Abraham and loved his approach and very positive attitude. When it came time to discuss what he could do for my wife and I, he told us he worked exclusively with one bank (no longer the case). It was a bank that had wronged me as a child, and I can hold a grudge. I refused to take up Abrahams offer on principle. We parted ways with a handshake. A few days later I received a card in the mail. Inside there was a note, it said, "Dear David, I am so sorry to hear about the way XXXX treated you as a child and I can understand your position entirely, please accept this money as compensation". Inside was the amount of money the bank had taken from me all those years ago. From that point my wife and I have been loyal and dare I say 'difficult' customers of Abraham Finance. Despite how unorganised and difficult we are to pin down, Abraham works incredibly hard for us to get the best possible deal. He takes our preferences and values into account when making his recommendations and he does all of this with good humour, care, patience and professionalism - a rare and valuable combination. My neighbour was correct, he is the best.
