I was impressed by Abraham's advice in our initial meeting and how he laid out the options, but after that I found the process to be incredibly complicated and time consuming. At one point I was given contradictory advise by two different staff members and then on the last day, day of settlement I was faced with having to find another $67,000 which I had in no way expected. - Lucky I had it or, I expect the whole sale would have collapsed and I would have lost $thousands.
