As a self funded retiree, it was challenging to find a lender to help with finance of a holiday home even with 50% deposit. Adam was able to work closely with a number of lenders to eventually solve for us. Wasn’t sure he could overcome the industry lack of general acceptance of retirement income etc. but he got the job done for us in a calm and professional manner.

Adam helped my partner and I obtain a loan for our first home.
