Adam taught me all the knowledge about the property market and mortgage. He had been with me every step of the way with two property purchases and both had been very positive experiences. Especially the recent refinance, from contacting him to getting formal approval only took two weeks! Adam has impressive knowledge of the Sydney and Melbourne markets and lenders. He worked hard to obtain the best deal for us and then didn't treat it as a set and forget deal. Adam monitored fixed rates for 18 months and helped choose the ideal time to fix the loan. We fixed for 3 years at 1.89%. With variable rates now above 3% we couldn't be happier. Adam was a pleasure to deal with and was very responsive.

Ruggy is awesome - couldn't recommend someone higher! A part from being an all-round jovial and decent bloke he has really delivered. I was in a bit of pickle as the pandemic was just starting and banks were reluctant to lend to anyone who wasn't in the medical field (or COVID response) at the time.
