Being a first home buyer and hearing some bad stories about mortgage brokers I was a little bit apprehensive but Alex helped me every step of the way. He answered all of my questions (albeit some were probably ridiculous) but he always answered them and never made me feel like I was taking up too much of his time to do so. Alex and I actually never met in person as I am in Victoria so the communication aspect was really important to me- he kept me in loop about everything at all times.
