Very knowledgeable and explained things in a way that was easily understood.

Alex was helpful, efficient, courteous and very professional in the way he conducted himself. He helped to put us at ease with his explanations and answered all our questions promptly and expertly. His manner was warm and friendly, and we had no problem communicating with him on both a professional and personal level.
