Excellent support through my first SMSF property purchase

Alexia and the WT Finance team were fantastic in helping me finance my first SMSF investment property. SMSF lending was completely new to me and there were a lot of moving parts, but Alexia made the process easy to understand and was always available if I had questions or anything needed sorting out. She oversaw the finance process from application through formal approval and settlement, working with Alison, Sharon and Tiffany to keep everything progressing within some pretty tight timeframes. What I appreciated most was that I always knew there was someone I could contact if I was unsure about something. The finance was organised quickly, the loan settled successfully and the whole process was far less stressful than I expected my first SMSF property loan to be.
