Really good, there were times when communications were a bit slow, but overall experience was good.

Because this was my first experience buying an investment property I found the experience good. I feel that communications were probably not the best at times. I found that I was chasing information, where I feel it should have been explained properly from the start. It is also fair to say that, the communication between broker and WT Capital to myself is probably where a lot of the communication was slow or poor. As a first time investor, at times I felt that maybe we made a mistake due to poor communication of important information. It was frustrating at times.
