My partner and I are both from overseas so neither of us had ever experienced the process by which you purchase a house and secure a mortgage in Australia however on receipt of PR we were keen to jump in on the property ladder as soon as feasible. Andrew injected so much energy into the process that within 4 weeks of having Permanent Residency granted we had an Unconditional approval accepted on our dream house all because of Andrew's guidance, direction and drive. Andrew focuses you on the important issues, enabling you to see the wood from the trees, to enabling the deal to be done. Andrew is always at the end of the phone/ email (even when holidaying in the Blue Mtns) and never makes you feel dumb for asking the most basic of questions which gave us the confidence we needed to make our offer. Finally, of real benefit to us, Andrew doesn't shy away from giving recommendations. He could leave it to you to make the tricky decisions however he steers you in the right direction based on his years of knowledge. I seriously could not recommend Andrew more highly.

I wish we had met Andrew 10 years ago as he would have saved us a lot of money . !!
