Knowledgeable, frank and effective

This is the second time Andrew & Ally have helped us with a property purhcase. Add to that, supporting us several times in between when we toyed with buying or when we refinanced to lock in 1.94% fixed for 4 years. We have stuck with Andrew because he provides support throughout the process, and provides excellent information around buying a property. He is available out of normal hours and will get the job done. His advice is refreshingly frank and he doesn't shy away from telling you where your expectations can't be met. This is important.
