She never made us feel overwhelmed or uncomfortable asking questions, and we always felt that she had our best interests at heart. couldn’t recommend Aneta highly enough. She has been extremely helpful, professional and responsive throughout the entire mortgage process. Aneta made what could have been a complicated process much easier to understand. She took the time to explain our options, kept us updated along the way and was always available when we had questions. What stood out most was her commitment to getting the right outcome for us. She was proactive, knowledgeable and made sure everything kept moving, even when there were challenges along the way. I’m very happy with the service Aneta provided and would definitely use her again for future lending. Highly recommended!

We have had such a positive experience working with Aneta Velevski. From the very beginning she has been incredibly helpful professional and easy to deal with. Aneta has taken the time to really understand our situation and what we are hoping to achieve financially. She explains everything clearly and patiently and has always been happy to answer our questions even when there has been a lot for us to take in. What we have appreciated most is how supported we have felt throughout the whole process. Aneta has kept us informed followed things up and made what could have been a very stressful process feel much easier to manage. We also really appreciate that she doesn’t just look at the immediate loan but takes the time to understand our longer-term goals including paying down our home loan and building towards investment properties. We would highly recommend Aneta to anyone looking for someone who is knowledgeable responsive approachable and genuinely cares about helping her clients achieve their goals. We are very grateful for all her help and support.

Aneta has been fantastic to deal with throughout the whole process. She helped Anna and I with refinancing our home loan and then went above and beyond in helping us set up our investment property. She was always professional, knowledgeable and incredibly easy to communicate with. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all our questions and made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and manageable. We really appreciated how much she genuinely cared about getting the right outcome for us, rather than making us feel like just another client. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Aneta to anyone looking for someone they can trust with their finances and property goals. Thanks again Aneta for all your help! 👍

We recently worked with Aneta for our equity release, and we could not be happier with the experience. From our very first meeting, Aneta demonstrated exceptional knowledge of the market and took the time to explain all of our options clearly and transparently. Equity release is a major financial decision, but Aneta made us feel completely at ease by answering all of our questions and ensuring we understood every step of the process. She was highly responsive, deeply professional, and genuinely cared about finding the best solution for our specific needs. We highly recommend Aneta to anyone looking for a broker they can truly trust.

Aneta has handled our refinancing of our existing mortgage and arranged an equity release for investments. Having worked with two different brokerages in the past (and held discussions with a third), I can honestly say that Aneta has risen well above and beyond the rest of the pack. This entire process has been made so incredibly straight forward. She's incredibly easy to talk to and kept us well informed the entire way. I'm very happy with how this has gone and I am more than happy to have her complete future work for us.

Aneta has been fantastic for us explaining everything we had questions for so we could understand easily. Super quick with replying to us and the whole process was super easy and stress free.
