Understanding, insightful and knowledgeable, a genuine pleasure to deal with from start to finish.

Aneta is guiding us through the sale of our investment property and made what could have been a stressful process straightforward. Aneta also helped us refinance our home loan, making the whole process seamless and easy for us. From our first meeting, Aneta took the time to understand our circumstances and what we needed from the sale, rather than pushing a one-size-fits-all approach. Communication was excellent. We were kept informed at every stage, calls and messages were returned promptly, and feedback from open homes and buyer enquiries was clear and honest, even when it wasn’t what we wanted to hear. Their market knowledge stood out. They gave us a realistic appraisal backed by recent comparable sales, explained how buyer demand in the area was tracking, and gave sound advice. Throughout, Aneta has been professional, respectful and easy to deal with. I’d have no hesitation recommending Aneta to anyone looking to refinance, and will happily use them again.
