I had a really good experience with ClearMap Lending, especially with Arnab Baral and Hiral. While, Arnab oversaw the whole process from start to finish, Hiral was there at every step helping with approvals, communication, documents and the loan transfer. For me, one of the biggest positives was the way they helped us plan the application properly before we even got into the process. They made sure the documents were organised and presented in a structured way, which made everything much easier. Anyone who has dealt with banks knows that this can become quite a cumbersome process, but the team made it feel very methodical and interactive. I always knew what was happening, what was needed next and where things stood. Communication was also excellent. It never really felt like “weekday versus weekend”. WhatsApp, phone calls, text messages , whatever was easiest at the time, they were responsive and available.
