Our first investment property with Infinity has officially been approved! A huge thank you to Ayaan and Dirk for their fantastic communication and support throughout the entire process. Emails and phone calls were always responded to promptly, and any questions we had were answered quickly and clearly. We had a couple of hurdles to navigate along the way, but nothing was ever too much trouble. It was so reassuring knowing everything was being taken care of, and we could relax and trust that it would all get sorted. We’re extremely happy with the whole experience and couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

Very knowledgeable and was able to convey our personal strategy in a way that we could understand. Built trust by treating us as more than a number and actually wanting to know about us and our why.

I had an absolutely outstanding experience working with my broker, Ayaan and I couldn't recommend her highly enough. From the very beginning, her warm, personable and approachable nature made me feel comfortable and supported. Navigating finances and understanding my options can feel overwhelming, but she made the entire process feel manageable, clear and reassuring. What really stood out was her ability to combine genuine care with professionalism and expertise. She took the time to understand my circumstances, patiently explained the options available to me, answered my questions and ensured I felt informed and confident in my decisions. Her communication, transparency, attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond made such a difference to my experience. It was clear that she genuinely wanted the best outcome for me and was invested in helping me make informed decisions about my financial future. Beyond her professional knowledge, it was her down-to earth personality and genuine enthusiasm that made the experience so special.
