Lovely to deal with, Great communicator and Patient!

We found Ayaan to be fantasic! She made herself available after hours for us, as we both work full time, so that was greatly appreciated. Guided us through the process of refinancingand kept in constant contact with us through all stages of the process. Ayaan was extremely patient as our situation was not as simple as others. Westpac also dragged their feet with us moving to a new bank, which I'm sure was frustrating,however Ayaan remained her friendly self. She was happy to speak directly with our Bank Manager to keep the process moving along. We highly recommend Ayaan and would definitely reach out to her again in the future, should we need to look at refinancing.
