We have had terrible experiences with other mortgage brokers who fail to look beyond the usual and tell us no you cannot borrow without looking at the whole entire picture. Ayaan took the time to fully understand my financial situation being a small business owner and said YES we can refinance when all others said it was impossible or in the too hard basket because you don't fit into the typical borrower box. We now have refinanced our home and now have money to invest in more properties, something I never thought would be possible due to the incompetence of the brokers I've dealt with in the past.
