Excellent Agent with great communication skills.

couldn't recommend Bec highly enough. We went to Bec for a refinance loan and she made the whole process so easy. She took the time to understand our situation, explained all our options clearly , and found us a better deal than we were on. Communication was fantastic the whole way through — quick to reply, kept us updated at every step, and handled all the paperwork and follow-ups with the lender so we didn't have to stress about a thing. The refinance went through smoothly and exactly as she said it would. If you're thinking about refinancing, do yourself a favour and talk to Bec first. We wouldn't go anywhere else.
