I just bought my first property with Beck's help and she has been incredibly efficient and helpful throughout the process! Always a pleasure chatting with her, Beck answered all my questions patiently and never puts any pressure. I changed my loan type halfway through and Beck handled it like a champ, finding me a new loan with a good rate and getting approval so quickly! Beck and her assistant Rain are always on time and keeps you up to date every step of the way, they even told me the house was settled before either the agent or my conveyancer! Beck explained anything I didn't understand and made the whole experience stress-free for me. If I ever purchase another home, I will definitely be going back to her and Rain, dream team!

Beck was incredible to work with. She has helped us with a number of loans and is incredibly knowledgeable, patient and honest. I never felt like just a number with Beck. She was on top of everything and never put any pressure on us. 10/10 will use Beck again (in fact we already are).

This is the second time we’ve used Beck at Birdie and she got us an amazing deal, as well as explaining everything to us and walking us through all the necessary steps. Couldn’t recommend Beck and Birdie highly enough!

Beck was nothing short of amazing as our broker. We started the journey at least 12 months before we purchased. We had a few factors with one of us being self-employed and having a guarantor. Beck talked us through each stage and supported us through the process - including our guarantor. We would definitely use Beck again if we were to buy a house or change our mortgage provider.

Beck takes time to understand your personal goals and keeps on top of your requirements. She’s also a good egg.

Beck was incredibly helpful in helping us manage the process of refinancing our current property while organising a establishment of a new home loan. We could not have done it without the expertise Beck brought. Beck was always available to chat whenever we had questions, she was approachable and easy to work with. Highly recommend Beck and the whole Birdie Wealth team!

I could not recommend Beck from Birdie Wealth more highly. From the first call, through to final settlement, she was not only super professional, but also friendly and incredibly patient. She answered every one of our many questions quickly and thoroughly, and made us feel very supported throughout the entire process of purchasing our first home. We are so glad we picked up the phone to call Birdie, and would not hesitate to recommend Beck and the entire team at Birdie Wealth to anyone (and already have done several times). Thanks again, Beck - you were fantastic! Steph and Carl.

Beck was fantastic helping me find the loan I needed on my temporary part time contract. So thankful for her knowledge and step by step process. She helped me prepare paperwork gradually and explained all the things. Her able assistant Rain was available and knowledgeable about my account. Thank you both. Sincerely, Sarah.

Beck was great to deal with, I will definitely use her again.

Beck McIlwain was amazing. This is our second refinance with Birdie and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Each time we have worked with them, Beck and the team go above and beyond to secure the best rate. Communication is excellent, the process was completed efficiently and timed perfectly so we avoided paying an exit fee. We can’t thank her enough for the low rate she locked in for us! Beck is an absolute gem

Our experiences working with Beck and the team at Birdie has been nothing shy of amazing.
