A complicated process made simple.

Ben was enthusiastic and keen to help us out right from the word go! He answered any questions we had (no matter how simple) quickly and was more then happy to do more research into other options when we asked without complaint. Ben set clear expectations and time frames and was quick to alert us to any changes as they arose. Ben was professional, friendly and approachable but most importantly truely made us feel like he had our best interests at heart.
