Friendly and responsive

Ben was great-very friendly and easygoing, responsive and happy to communicate via text message, which I appreciated. As a first home buyer with no clue about the process he was happy to sit down and explain it to me, and he helped me workshop various security options to help find one that worked for me. He then spent time on the phone with my mum, explaining the same thing to her all over again so I wouldn’t have to. He has an in-house settlement team, so once my offer was accepted the communications flowed easily between broker and conveyancer, there were no hiccups, and settlement went smoothly.
