Ben was on top of everything and had everything all sorted. Dealing with Ben made everything so easy even when the lender decided they wanted another valuation at the last minute. Ben organized a settlement extension so that no penalty interest was charged. If I had one negative comment it would be that I only found out about the settlement extension after settlement was meant to have taken place. That could have been due to the Infinity Team Building exercise that happened to take place when the settlement was originally due.
