He responds to emails at all hours of the day and night, even when I've told him to only respond during the day! Ben assessed our financial health to determine if a new loan with more favourable terms (like a lower interest rate) aligns with our long-term strategy. Lower payments(Rapid debt reduction), improve cash flow, and diversify our real estate portfolio growth . Ben understood our existing loan, identifying the benefits of refinancing, and comparing different loan products to ensure the change supports our overall Rapid debt reduction tailored structure and personal financial plans. A sharp rise in interest rates led to higher volatility, stresses to our investment property liquidity and a large correction in mortgage repayments prices of our risky property, potentially causing cash flow stress. However the tailored structure by infinity was acid tested, and of course passed the challenge , fighting inflation and high interest rates with a liquidity crisis, and anchoring on time in the Market strategic narrative rather than cash flow. This maturity mismatching, between assets and liabilities, resulted into lack of cash flow and short term liabilities. Obligations including repaying loans, paying the ongoing operational bills. Ben and the infinity team strategic thinking and planning re the cash flow, re solve the financial risk , as per advise was to sale other assets to generate cash, known as liquidating assets, rather than face default properties and opting to choosing investment projects whose expected revenue matches the repayment plans for any related financing well enough to avoid any missed payments.
