We are first generation immigrants who like most had a dream of building a home but the process was very daunting at first. We thought of approaching the banks ourselves until we were referred to Mr. Bharat by a trusted friend and we couldn't have been more happier with the service. Bharat made himself available during weekends, late nights, and even during his vacation which was very much appreciated. We were also able to save on the LMI due to quick and very smart positioning of our application to the banks. Our house is now 95% complete and Bharat has been with us throughout this journey. This is very rare because mortgage brokers are with you during the first stage payment only (this is where they make their commissions from the bank) and you have to deal with the banks yourself for all the rest of the payments. We've had troubles with a couple of our Post Contract Variations at the Lockup Stage and it would've been extremely hard to deal with the bank without his ongoing support.
