Blake believes it is essential that his clients feel completely at ease with their financial decisions and takes the time to explain each step of the loan process. Blake finds that the majority of his business comes from customer referrals. Blake adopts a personal approach to the mortgage broking business. He enjoys helping clients to structure their loan that really improves their financial position.
Every person’s situation is unique, which means there are different ways to approach each client and their loan to get the best result for their personal situation.
Blake has completed a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking and also holds a Bachelor Degree in Advertising and Media.
Blake and his team work alongside his father, Craig Thorn, the founder of Auspak Home Loans and his brother, Reece Thorn. Blake has grown up in a household talking about financial markets, property and debt, so naturally his career path makes sense and he is excited to be able to share his wealth of knowledge in the finance industry. Blake has extensive experience in a variety of industries that have all provided him with a wealth of knowledge that he now shares with his clients.
Blake is an old boy of Waverley College and has grown up in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. Blake is a supporter of the local community and continues to support many junior sporting activities in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney – currently the major sponsor for Randwick Warriors Rugby Club.
