Brett really clearly explained my options and breakdown of loan contracts. After agreeing on a proposal set out by Home Loam Saint it was a very smooth process in getting the final loan documents signed. Working with Brett and Home Loan Saint, greatly reduced the stress of dealing individually with the banks and he ensured I found the best deal for our family.

We found the experience of initially buying our first house in Melbourne with Brett of the Home Loan Saint, and furthermore our second house in Castlemaine a breeze. I am a single mother of two teenage girls. I also used to be a business owner. That's 2 strikes against me immediately as far as the banks are concerned - even though I had a full time job on top of that. Add to this that the child support I received was negligible and even my own bank did not want to refinance me (restructure my loans). I didn't want to borrow more money, I simply wanted to restructure but the banks said I couldn't afford it - that I didn't pass their 'cost of living' test. Mind you I'd been servicing these particular loans for 14 years without issue and had a proven record of saving each month, (and those savings have never been touched). I also had approximately $1M equity in my home so I wasn't going to default, but the banks (my own bank) didn't care. What was really frustrating was that refinancing would put me in a better financial position than I currently was. With 2 children to support and educate, this was an absolute priority. As I couldn't get the refinance across the line myself, I tried a mortgage broker (not Brett), recommended by my employer, with no luck. He made several unsuccessful attempts and eventually we gave up. After a few months, I decided to try again and managed to dig up Brett's details - he had brokered the mortgage for my house 12 years earlier. Brett put together an amazing Credit Assistance package for me. It took over 9 months of persistence but Brett got my refinance approved. Without Brett it is clear I would not have been able to refinance and the current interest increases would have hurt me and my family. I can't say enough good things about Brett! This would not have happened without him and I am grateful beyond words that he cares about his work and his clients and will go the extra mile to help them. I had felt powerless and let down by the banks and other brokers and Brett changed that. He truly is a Home Loan Saint.

I have dealt with Brett on 2 seperate occasions regarding a refinance for renovations and on both, he has been transparent, honest and forthright with his capacity to assist.
