Char was really friendly and that in itself, helped to settle our nerves. There was alot of information to absorb but Char explained each stage clearly for us. Plus she listened and answered any queries we had, very professionally. She displays a passion to help clients and her comittment to Infinity is clearly evident, which was another settling factor for us. At the commencement of the meeting she outlined her background and experience in finance. We in turn gave her a brief overview of our background and our goals for the future. She then explained the strategy has to how we could reduce our mortgage and hopefully invest in a property on the east coast. When she presented how the model looked, I thought, this my Light Bulb moment. She went on to complete a detailed application to.present to the Bank. We cant thank her enough for the way she made us feel and the way she ensured we understood each phase. Keep doing what you are doing Char.

All the team at Infinity that we have dealt with have great knowledge and understanding. We are 4-5 years away from retiring and wanting to put things in place to pay our mortage off in that period without delving into our superannuation savings and looking after our two children moving forward with investment properties. Well, that escalated quickly! One minute Im sitting through the two day Infinity Masterclass, trying to soak it all in, and the next minute we're knee-deep in getting our financial future sorted! Talk about hitting the ground running! Cha was our very first point of contact and from the get-go, she and her team have been fantastic. Now, throw a FIFO roster into the mix, with me disappearing off to work for three weeks at a time, and you'd think organising everything would be a bit of a juggling act. But nope! Cha and her crew made it easy. Our first Zoom meeting was relaxed, easygoing and more like having a good yarn than a serious financial discussion. And just like that, the wheels were in motion! A few documents here, and things were ticking along nicely. No dramas, no unnecessary headaches , just good communication and a team that knows how to get things moving. Cha is an absolute gem! Friendly, down-to-earth, professional and just a genuinely good human. Her team have been equally awesome. We're only at the starting line of this journey, but so far, so good! We've got some big goals, a mortgage we'd love to show the exit door, and a future we're pretty excited about. Big ups to Cha and her team for making the first part of this adventure such a breeze.
