1st IP ticked off

When we first jumped on board with the Infinity family, things certainly moved pretty bloody quickly! Our PPOR was paid off almost straight away through the Pepper loan, followed by the purchase of our two investment properties. And the best part is, that was all achieved without even factoring in our DAWG investment property, which has strengthened our position even further following the sale. To be honest, it all happened so quickly that it scared us a little! There was plenty going on, a mountain of paperwork, contracts and documents to read and sign, and a few moments where we probably looked at each other and thought, "What the hell have we got ourselves into?" I think i even said to my wifey "holy s%$t balls batman i cant do this" But we soon learned to trust the process and let the bakers bake! One thing that's really stood out is how bloody good the Infinity team have been. No matter how stressed or overwhelmed we got, they were always calm, relaxed and happy to talk us through things. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they always managed to put our minds at ease and make us feel like everything was under control. We've now been part of the Infinity family for 12 months, and looking back at what we've achieved, we're pretty blown away. Our latest investment property is now purchased, finance is approved and we're excited about what's next. A massive thanks to Graeme and the whole Infinity crew for looking after us, putting up with our questions and making us feel part of the family. We couldn't be happier with the journey so far and can't wait to see what the next batch looks like coming out of the oven! We've learned one important lesson along the way – trust the process and let the bloody bakers bake! P.S. Our other property netted us a butt load of wine where is our wine from this :)
