Cheryl has been the greatest help/ miracle worker in helping us obtain our first home. She has worked 24/7 to get us to where we need to be. Cheryl has extensive knowledge and experience that is unmatched and has made this process bearable and the only one who knew what she was doing out of all that have been involved. She is extremely patient and understanding. She knows the mortgage game like the back of her hand and I would recommend her to anyone and everyone who is looking at engaging a mortgage broker 1000% without hesitation. She deserves more than just a 5 star review!.

Cheryl's hard work and diligence, in helping us get our mortgage we will never be able to thank her enough. Our case was very challenging for us and Cheryl. Cheryl guidance kept us on track . I would, and will , recommend Cheryl to anyone who needs a broker to assist in getting a mortgage. Thanks Cheryl we could not have done it without you .Paul and Debra Kesterton

Thank you Cheryl, for arranging our refinance! Cheryl kept calling and following up the bank who was very slow to respond (most likely due to being slammed with new/existing clients). Cheryl got the outcome we were after and was helpful along the way.

This is my second time using Cheryl as our mortgage broker, she’s trustworthy, honest and gets us exactly what we ask for. Thank you Cheryl I’m sure I will be referring my family and friends to you as you have so much knowledge to share.

Cheryl Brown is always prepared to walk the extra mile to ensure that her clients needs are met. She has a positive can do attitude and acts in the best interest of her clients. Cheryl would have to be the best broker I've worked with. She never gave up and made sure she got the result I wanted. She went above and beyond my expectations and always kept me in the loop each step of the way. I will never use another broker besides her. Thanks Cheryl.

Cheryl, from the time we spoke with her to the time we settled, provided nothing but professionalism. Very happy with the service and even though the bank took an extended amount of time to settle, Cheryl always kept us in the loop and provided constant, updated information.

I was referred to Cheryl through a friend because I was about to start the process of funding a New build. From the very start Cheryl worked to understand my situation & intentions & then efficiently gather the appropriate details to work with the best institutions. Throughout the process Cheryl continually updated me on the progress as well as offering sound advice on the next steps or things I could do to help my application. I found Cheryl to be professional, persistent, diligent & focused to ensure I not only got the best result but it happened in the time frame I required. I will & have recommend Cheryl to the people around me & most certainly would use her business in the future.

Cheryl was fantastic to deal with. Her patience & persistence with our application was to be admired & she never gave up in an extremely difficult market. I would highly recommend Cheryl and we will continue to use her services.
