Cheryl on a few occasions now has been my broker to go to as being a sub contractor main stream finance don’t want to know me yet Cheryl made it seem so easy and got the finances sorted not only once but I have returned for refinancing advice and and a better deal than I was on and rates are on par with the major lenders and everything is hassle free and nothing is too much trouble Cheryl is an expert and communication and explanation of everything is so clear and understandable do I recommend Cheryl’s services and advice I cannot recommend her highly enough in words however I will say that I will be dealing with her again in the future as I plan to invest in other properties and I would use no one else extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy
