Daen has been the mortgage broker for my wife and I for a number of years now. My work is overtime dependent and we were looking for property for a long time both during and before the pandemic. In every instance he has been available at all times - including weekends - for urgent contact, takes the time to fully explain all the scenarios, outcomes and rationale for different lending approaches and can meet by phone or in person at our home (prepandemic of course). In addition his background as a real estate agent is invaluable to assist us in selecting properties and has even assisted us with purchasing strategies and auction tactics.
