Used Dale for a 450k investment loan re-finance coming out of fixed term, my bank offered me 8.37% (!) Dale got me 5.54% with $4000 cash back. Process flowed smoothly and he was quick with communication and provided regular updates. Of note was that this loan was originally re-financed with the biggest and most heavily advertised financing franchise who were hopeless and I would never recommend them.
