Contacting numerous banks for a mortgage directly, they all told me they were unable to offer me a loan for the size of property I was looking at. Not only was Daniel and his team able to secure me a loan, they undertook the entire process of writing and submitting the loan application to the bank. Very little work was required on my end, just the provision of some basic information and documentation. Their communication was excellent, they always kept me up to date with the progress of my application and the steps I needed to take during each stage of the process. They also communicated well with my conveyancer and the estate agent, keeping them well informed throughout process. They did not expect any fees, operating on a commission basis. They made a task which initially seemed overwhelming, not only manageable, but virtually effortless.
