We used Daniel as our broker to get a loan to build a shed on our property. Daniel’s friendly personality shone through from our first conversation. His professionalism, knowledge and communications were 10 out of 10. He is a busy man, and he never made me feel rushed or that I couldn't ask as many questions as I wanted (I had a lot of questions). For me, this is a very important trait in a broker, as I have very little understanding of the loan application process. From our initial consultation to settlement, he made the whole daunting task of applying for (and securing) a loan quick and worry free. Daniel was recommended to me; I appreciate the service I received and I have no hesitation in passing that recommendation along.
